The DIASPORA PAVILION is a series of multi-disciplinary exhibitions that showcase the people, culture, and history of countries in the African diaspora that influenced the development of New Orleans.

The three-day events enable audiences of all ages to experience the music, dance, food, crafts and material culture of each country and recognize how African and Caribbean influences shaped the culture of New Orleans.

Thursdays and Fridays are dedicated to school groups, Friday nights are designed for adults, and Saturdays are planned for families.
